Personal Training
Gym personal training is a type of fitness service where a certified personal trainer works one-on-one with a client in a gym setting to create a personalized workout plan tailored to their fitness goals and needs. The personal trainer will guide the client through the exercises, correct their form, provide motivation and accountability, and adjust the program as necessary to help the client achieve their desired results. Personal training can also include nutritional coaching and lifestyle advice to support the client's overall health and wellness.
Buddy Training
Gym buddy training is a type of fitness service where two people work out together under the guidance of a certified personal trainer in a gym setting. It is a semi-private training option where clients can bring a friend, family member, or partner to share the experience and cost of personal training. The trainer will design a workout plan that meets both clients' fitness goals and skill levels, and then guide them through the exercises, correct their form, and provide motivation and accountability. Buddy training can be a fun and social way to stay motivated and achieve fitness goals while having the support of a workout partner.
Group Training Session
Gym group training is a type of fitness service where a Coach leads to a group of individuals through a workout in a gym setting. The group size can vary, ranging from a small group of 2-4 people to a larger group of 10-20 people. The Coach will design a workout plan that is suitable for all fitness levels and goals, and then guide the group through the exercises, correct their form, and provide motivation and accountability. Group training can be a fun and social way to work out, with the added benefits of shared motivation and support from the group. It can also be more cost-effective than one-on-one personal training sessions.
POWERSTRENGTH
SWEAT CIRCUIT
OUR PROGRAMED SESSIONS
Strength + Speed = Power Powerstrength involves exercises that apply the maximum amount of force as fast as possible. It is mixed with Olympic weightlifting, Powerlifting, and various power movements. This session helps you to result in increased muscle mass, stronger bones, increased metabolism, and enhance performance in everyday tasks.
Sweat circuit is a strength and cardio exercise put together in a format using stations, performing different exercises to time or repetitions, back to back minimum rest until the circuit is completed.
HIT & RUN
HIT & RUN is a fast-paced session where you are completing a series of exercises in short intervals. There are multiple exercises that combine functional resistance and cardiovascular training to give you a full body workout.
C4 – (CARDIO-CORE-CONDITIONING-COORDINATION)
This session is a moderate-intensity aerobic conditioning workout program. In this session, you can maintain the activity for lengthy periods without feeling the need to sit down and catch your breath. By training with free weights, body weight, and functional training equipment you will train for a wide range of strength, endurance, stamina, coordination, balance, and core while improving your cardiovascular health.
TBT (Total Body Training)
TBT (Total body training) is a bodyweight training session that involves a series of exercises using only your own body weight as resistance against gravity. This means there’s no need for weights or machines, just your own body. Challenge your body through traditional body-weight exercises and focus on moving as well as listening to your own body.
IRON FOUNDATION
Iron Foundations will prepare you for regular group sessions by exposing you to the most relevant movements as well as introducing you to the GIP group training style. Our Foundations Sessions are 1-on-1 with a coach and are designed to accumulate each individual to the fundamental movements and teach the basic lifts and ready athletes for participation in our regular Sessions.
BARBELL ATHLETE
A barbell athlete is a continuous light to moderate weight training using a standard two-hand barbell with weight plates attached to both sides. Barbell athletes perform a high number of repetitions for each targeted body part over the course of the session. Barbell Athlete provides the cardiovascular, calorie-burning, and muscular endurance benefits of this program where the weightlifting aspects of this session help increase your muscle mass, tone muscles, and build overall strength.
Once you are participating in regular sessions, coaches will continue to help advanced athletes modify movements, scale up workouts, and guide each athlete as needed and necessary to receive the maximum benefits for their current fitness level. We know some athletes may benefit from a more individualized, extensive series of advanced workouts. Iron Masters is focused on helping athletes develop and focus on specific skills to help them advance their movement library. The coach will designate a skill or workout (e.g. Handstand holds, snatch, running, stone deadlift, etc.) and will work with the athletes to develop the progressions and the movement itself.
BENCHMARK
A Benchmark session is a standard exercise program that you repeat to measure your progress. Benchmark wods are a great way to put your fitness to the test. All the benchmark wods are easily repeatable and are great measurements of progress. They’re also a great way of learning what areas of your performance you need more work in, when it comes to endurance, strength, speed, power, and otherwise.
ADVANCE YOGA
Advance Yoga session combines the flow of Power and Vinyasa Yoga. These 2 forms include a fast-paced cardio vascular workout focused on building bodyweight strength and flexibility through high-impact yoga postures. Experience the new you by taking advantage of Advance Yoga
YALLAH DANCE
Yallah dance is a type of group exercise session that incorporates some or many forms of dance. It combines with Zumba, Bokwa, Aerobics, Strong by Zumba, Fun trend pound workout and many more. It burns the maximum beats and calories at once.
MOBILE BODY
This Session is designed to help you improve your flexibility, increase your range of motion and joint mobility. It will help you to learn how to perform static and dynamic stretches. This helps to improve your posture, relief from pain and aches, and improve your movement.
Studio classes
Studio classes at the gym offer a fantastic fitness experience where people come together with a knowledgeable instructor leading the way. These classes can vary in size, accommodating small groups of 2-4 participants or larger gatherings of 10-20 individuals. The instructor creates a well-rounded workout plan that suits different fitness levels and goals, guiding the class through a series of exercises while offering corrections, motivation, and support. Participating in studio classes not only improves physical well-being but also creates a fun and social atmosphere among the participants.
